Awesome avatar effect

I recently got a new web cam, a creative one. It has this fantastic avatar replacement that it can do from a simple photo.
I the head tracking is from me moving around in front of the camera, but it is lip synching to the excellent rockstar song.
It can do this in a lot higher rez too :-)
